Habitat for Humanity is an internationally-regarded nonprofit known for its construction of homes that are “simple, decent, and affordable.” BAA was hired to design and document the plans for eight individual lots in Moreno Valley. The single story homes are 1,200 to 1,500 square feet in size, with construction costs ranging from $150,000 to $200,000. They were available for occupancy in mid-2015.
