Neal Residence

This residence is situated in a challenging location: on the top of a hill adjacent to Mount Rubidoux, with a panorama view of the entire Riverside community. It is an extensive remodel of an existing home that reconstructed the top floor of a three-story structure. The design opens the spaces inside to facilitate a contemporary lifestyle and to capture the 360-degree vistas from the living room and extended terraces surrounding the home. Anticipated construction completion: late 2021 at a cost of $1.5 million.
