BAA has become known for its design and documentation of industrial buildings and complexes. User needs dictate the specific functions and operational constraints. Challenges vary with site locations. Cities may require a Conditional Use Permit approval for such facilities; BAA is familiar with the administrative constraints of the Planning Department. The buildings are typically constructed of durable tilt-up concrete or masonry materials and must address community and zoning design standards. There are also environmental parameters and design constraints to handle product storage, large truck maneuvering circulation paths and fire resistive construction. We have completed various projects throughout the county, with a typical construction cost of approximately $70.00 per square foot.
