Parks & Recreation Headquarters at White Park

Located in an area of vintage Craftsman and Victorian-style homes, this design addressed historical and cultural heritage concerns, incorporating functional gables and clearstory windows with a contemporary interior. The concept of introducing three smaller building treatments within the main exterior elevation kept the scale of the facility compatible with neighborhood vernacular. The 11,000 square foot project was constructed at a cost of $2 million.
