Patterson Street Apartments

The complex consists of two independent, two-story structures. One contains 12 three-bedroom units. The second has 21 three-bedroom units. Both are served by elevator access. The entire complex is designed for senior housing. Construction is anticipated to begin in late 2020 with an estimated construction cost of $5 million.
