O.C. Harbors, Beaches & Parks HQ

Located within Irvine Ranch Historic Park, this project required research of existing historical buildings to accurately renovate the relocation of the new headquarters for O.C. Harbors, Beaches & Parks facilities for public use and accessibility. BAA restored the original plaster finish, after a relatively recent remodel had introduced an inappropriate brick façade.
