Grand Terrace Fire Station

Unimproved since it was opened in 1985, the fire station had outgrown its internal functional needs. BAA’s remodel provided individual sleeping areas for the firefighters as well as updated shower/restroom accommodations. The kitchen and recreation areas were expanded and remodeled, and additional storage was provided. Approximately 2,000 square feet were added to the existing facility. The project was completed in 2009.
